When do Founding Memberships close?
VIP memberships with founder prices will be limited, as you’ll have exclusive access for the first month or two and help us shape our membership program before we officially launch to the public. These founding memberships will close on 9th April, unless sold out prior.
How much will it cost?
Two tiers — a Supporter tier and a Traveller tier, so you’re only paying for the bonus content you actually want! Founding members will get a lifetime discount on both. Just enter the code FOUNDER at checkout.
Do I need to be travelling to join?
No! We’ve got a Supporter tier for people who just want to see more of our content and be a part of the crew!
Where will the community be?
We’ll have a private members Facebook group and we’ll send an email notification with links to monthly bonus content.
Will this replace your free content?
No — YouTube stays the same. This is just extra for members.
Why we’re launching OAT Memberships?
So many of you already support us with “Buy us a Beer” donations, and we wanted a better way to give something back.
People often ask if we have a Patreon, so this will be our version of that. A place for anyone who wants to be a bit closer to what we do, get bonus bits and pieces, and be part of the crew.
We get asked heaps of travel questions and wish we had the capacity to answer everyone in detail. With OAT Memberships, we’re building a way to share proper, detailed information about travelling around Australia. Members will get monthly PDFs on a range of travel topics (budgets, gear, off-grid tips, setups, maintenance…), a monthly podcast and bonus livestreams where we answer questions, and the chance to catch up at member meet-ups.
It’s basically a way to support the channel, get extra value if you want it, and help us build a tighter OAT community.
