This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and store personal information across our platforms, including our Website (Squarespace), our shop (Shopify), and our memberships (Memberful), and email marketing (Klaviyo).

We use Klaviyo to manage email lists and send emails. Klaviyo may collect engagement data such as opens and clicks so we can improve our communications.

Under Australian spam rules, our marketing emails include an unsubscribe option, and we action unsubscribe requests promptly.

Membership and/or product payments may be processed by Stripe and PayPal. Payment processors handle your payment details in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not store full credit card details.

7. Membership platform

We use Memberful to manage memberships, including subscription status, tier access, and member communications. Memberful may share membership data with Klaviyo to enable tier-based segmentation and onboarding emails.

8. Shopify store

We use Shopify to manage our online store. Shopify collects information needed to process orders and may use cookies and analytics tools to operate and improve the store.

9. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies on our sites.

We use:

  • Google Analytics to understand how people use our website and store; and

  • Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and build audiences for marketing.
